This guy is known as Fu-chan. Like Hanamichi, he's relatively new to Basketball AND he improves with lightning speed. It's said that the more you praise Fukuda, the better he performs, on the other hand, criticism will drive him to lose his confidence and balance.

The guy has a pretty stubborn attitude, during the games, he partners amazingly well with Sendol and scored major points this way.

Additional info: He physically attacked his own coach after being criticized, as a punishment, he was not allowed to participate in Ryonan's practice game against Shohoku.
